If you want to know why Bourbon runs in Steve and Paul Beam's veins, you only need to take a peek at their family tree — it's practically soaked in the stuff! With Jacob Beam as their father's kin and J.W. Dant as their mother's, it's like their fate was already sealed in those liquid ways. Steve's dream to bring the Yellowstone brand back to his family has been fermenting since his college days, and in 2010, he and his brother Paul finally took the plunge and started Limestone Branch Distillery. It's almost poetic that almost a century after their great-grandfather Minor Case Beam sold his distillery to J.W. Dant, the brothers are bringing that heritage back to Lebanon, Kentucky, blending their passion for small-batch Spirits with the storied Beam legacy.

Every annual Yellowstone limited-edition Bourbon release from Limestone Branch brings something unique to the table. Okay, it’s true that you never know what you're gonna get, but you DO know it's gonna be good. The 2022 batch features a harmonious marriage of 7-year, 15-year, and 16-year-aged Bourbons finished in Marsala Superiore casks. For all of you currently scratching your heads — it is a dry, sweet wine produced in Italy, imparting tangy flavors of dried fruits and citrus. The palate offers a symphony of dark brown sugar, dried fruit, walnut, and dates, with hints of vanilla popping in to say hello — and all this goodness gets poured into a custom-designed bottle with embossing and a fancy cork, fit for the Limestone Branch family of Spirits.
