If you want to know why Bourbon runs in Stephen Beam’s veins, you only need to take a peek at his family tree — it's practically soaked in the stuff! With Jacob Beam as their father's kin and J.W. Dant as their mother's, it's like their fate was already sealed in those liquid ways. Steve's dream to bring the Yellowstone brand back to his family has been fermenting since his college days, and in 2010, he finally took the plunge and started Limestone Branch Distillery. It's almost poetic that almost a century after his great-grandfather Minor Case Beam sold his distillery to J.W. Dant, bringing that heritage back to Lebanon, Kentucky, blending their passion for small-batch Spirits with the storied Beam legacy.
Yellowstone American Single Malt Whiskey comes from good stock — it's got a pedigree to envy, with seven generations of distilling know-how poured into each bottle and a mash bill that's 100% barley malt. And it IS named after the iconic American national park, so you know it has to match its status in taste. Aged for four years and bottled at a bold 108 proof, it's got a sweet medium body with notes of honey, pear, stone fruit, and dates — something you’ll want to revisit again and again. Plus, they're doing good with every sip, as Yellowstone proudly partners with National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) to help protect the national treasures for future generations.
