WhistlePig Farmstock Beyond Bonded Straight Bourbon Whiskey

The Rye-adoring squad at the Vermont-based Whistle Pig teams up with the legendary Master Distiller Dave Pickerell to bring Rye Whiskey to the top shelves of American Whiskey. While in the past certain elements were outsources from Canadian distillers, they now get everything they need from their 500-acres dreamy farm in Vermont.

The first Bourbon they ever made is FarmStock Beyond Bonded Bourbon. It’s a high Rye Bourbon, naturally, and this Single Barrel beauty was crafted 100% from farm to bottle at their idylic farm. Mind you, the Vermont growing season is hella short and thus, the grain is all the more precious. This love ode to the hearty grain features a mash bill of 51% dent corn and 49% Remington and Rifle Rye. Aged for at least 4 years, 4 months and 14 days, this bodacious Bourbon is hand-bottled at 101.1 proof.
