Made from a sour mash of corn and rye, it’s aged for six years in bonded storage, achieving a perfect 50% ABV. The bourbon reveals notes of caramel, toasted oak, dark chocolate, and baking spices. This bold spirit delivers an award-winning taste of authenticity.

The story of Union Horse Distillery began with four siblings and a friend: Eric, Damian, Patrick, and Mary Garcia-Gallagher and entrepreneur Kris Hennessy. They founded their distillery in 2010 near Kansas City, renaming it Union Horse distillery.

This family-owned and operated business produces a quality range of award-winning American Whiskies and Vodka. Their unique Union Horse Whiskeys are crafted small-batch on-site in a 500-gallon column pot-still named “Chester Copperpot.”

Their popular Union Horse Whiskey is distilled from a sour-mash bill 80% corn and 20% rye, using active enzymes to smooth-out the fermentation process. The final dram is aged between two and five years in new oak.
