SirDavis American Whisky blends rye and malted barley before finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Developed in partnership with Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and crafted with Moët Hennessy, it brings together rich dark fruit, honeyed sweetness, spice, and layered oak character. The sherry cask influence adds depth and richness while complementing the whiskey’s bold rye structure.

Woodinville Straight Bourbon Finished in Port Casks begins with the distillery’s fully matured straight bourbon before additional finishing in ruby port barrels. Produced using locally sourced grain from Washington State, the whiskey develops notes of dark berry fruit, caramel, cocoa, and oak spice while retaining the balanced structure of classic bourbon underneath the wine cask influence.

Remus Straight Bourbon Whiskey honors the legacy of the “King of the Bootleggers,” George Remus, while showcasing a modern high-rye bourbon profile. Crafted at MGP in Indiana, it balances sweet caramel and vanilla with warming spice, toasted oak, and rich corn character. It’s a bourbon rooted in American whiskey history while remaining approachable and versatile today.
