St. George Botanivore Gin: The Godfather of G&Ts!

In 1982, amidst leg warmer mania, Jörg Rupf ignited his own trend. With distilleries as scarce as dodo birds, he fired up a 65-gallon still and declared, 'Eau de vie time.' Today, we boast more distilleries than 'The Simpsons' episodes, all starting with St. George Spirits. Jörg didn't merely launch a business; he sparked a revolution. His legacy? Distilled spirits that outshine Don Corleone, inspiring others along the way.

St. George Botanivore Gin – our very own Marlon Brando. Extracting flavors from juniper berries, California bay laurel, and cilantro through Arnold Holstein stills, it's got a flavor complexity rivaling 'The Godfather'. Our gin, complete with Lance’s bear trap label art, packs a Rocky Balboa punch. Get ready for St. George Botanivore Gin - your taste buds are about to be made an offer they can't refuse!

Good dry sipping gin

This is a decent dry sipping gin. The flavor spiral that Flaviar gives is pretty accurate, except that I'd add a fairly strong note of anise/licorice at the front end of a sip. Not a lot of sweetness here, so it'd probably do well in a G&T, though I've mainly just had it as a sipper with some ice.
