That’s how he discovered the widespread usage of Three Chamber Stills at the turn of the 19th century, soon after he rediscovered Rye. Tod & co. managed recreated the still, cultivated the perfect Abruzzi rye rich in oils, and the result is full-bodied fluid with drop-dead gorgeous taste. A one-of-a-kind concept taking the best bits of the past and applies them to a sustainable future.
