Kings County Straight Bourbon

Accoladed, amazing and 100% New York Straight Bourbon.

In the old paymaster building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, there’s a proud red-brick building that houses the first distillery in New York City since the Prohibition. And even if it’s under a decade old, it’s actually the oldest distillery in Big Apple. They offer insanely great expressions such as Peated Bourbon, Chocolate Whiskey, Moonshine or Winter Spice Whiskey, but one of our favorites is the no-nonsense Straight Bourbon.

It’s made from local organic corn and malted barley from the United Kingdom. The booze magicians distill it twice using copper pot stills and age it in new charred oak barrels. The rich corn aroma, sweet oak sap, and flavors of vanilla and caramel persuaded the judges at San Francisco World Spirits Competition thrice: they got Double-Gold in 2019, Gold in 2017 and Bronze in 2018. Forget beards and skinny jeans – Williamsburg is now the Gotham kingdom of Whiskey.
