Ingredients:

Highball glass
½ oz Bori Cha syrup
½ oz Lemon juice
1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label Squid Game Edition
Club soda
Lemon peel for garnish
Ice

Instructions: Bori Cha Syrup:

Steep 6 teabags in 10 oz piping hot water for about 20 minutes.
In a separate glass, mix two parts honey with one part tea till the syrup becomes thick and dark honey color.

Cocktail:

In a highball glass, mix ½ oz of Bori Cha syrup with 1.5 oz of Johnnie Walker Black Label Squid Game Edition.
Next, add ½ oz of Lemon Juice and stir till ingredients are evenly mixed.
Add your ice and top with soda water
Express lemon peel for a zesty finish, and top with a lemon twist for garnish.
