Watch it, this one is almost TOO smooth and Mr. Carson's watching.

Sally and Steve grew up in Brazil and both worked the 90’s bar scene where they learned what a good drink and a great drink meant. Always fascinated with distilling and brewing, Steve even traveled filming Bacardi distilleries. Then, they worked for 15 years in the TV industry in London before moving with their family North, to Harrogate where they fell in love with the Ripley Castle Estate in the heart of Yorskhire. This is where we the Harrogate Tipple Distillery stands today. Getting on board Tom Nichol, former master distiller for Tanqueray gin, these guys source all their ingredients locally, use Harrogate spring water, and pick seasonal botanicals from the Castle gardens. They’ve got personal sized stills, named after their children, and even a Victorian hot house for tropical plants. If you’re in the area, they’d love for you to visit so you can sample some of their finest Spirits and even create your own.

This Finest Blended Scotch Whisky is the Official Downton Abbey Whisky. It’s made with the finest Malts and Grains and cut with Harrogate spring water from the North Yorkshire spa town. Smooth, deep, rich, and warm, this is one dangerously drinkable concoction. Sip it neat, on the rocks, or mix it up but remember what Lady Mary says: “Drink before dinner? Wait until Carson catches you.”
