Founded in 2017, Corgi Spirits might be based in the creative heart of Jersey City, but their inspo comes from across the channel. Their source of inspiration is the most quintessentially British dog breed; Corgis are feisty, agile, and dependable but also regal and distinguished (Is that the reason they’re the Queen’s favorite breed?) – kind of like Corgi Spirits that thrill your palate and enliven your evenings. This is a family-run, small-batch, and craft distillery – it’s actually the first one and (last time we checked) the only one in Hudson County New Jersey. Their methods are inspired by British distilling traditions and their Spirits are made from potatoes, which means they’re not only extra smooth but also gluten-free.

It was only a matter of time when Corgi Spirits would create Earl Grey Gin. I mean, what’s a more British drink than Gin AND tea? This award-winning Gin is distilled with real Earl Grey tea and bergamot citrus peel. It releases bright and fragrant aromas with distinct black tea notes. Bottled at 80 proof, this British gent does an amazing job in cocktails, too, as it pairs particularly well with flavors of lemon, honey, mint, and tonic.
