First up is Remus Highest Rye Bourbon, the boldest expression yet from the Remus family. Bottled at 108.9 proof and made with a high-rye mash bill (36%), it brings peppery spice, dried fruit, caramel, and vanilla in one powerhouse pour. A tribute to Midwest grain and gutsy flavor.

Next, Penelope Toasted Series Bourbon showcases the magic of secondary barrel finishing. After initial aging, this four-grain Bourbon gets extra time in toasted barrels—amplifying vanilla, toasted marshmallow, spice, and depth. Each batch is unique and bottled at 100 proof.

Finally, the iconic Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon delivers heritage in every drop. Aged 7 years and meeting all Bottled-in-Bond requirements, it’s a Kentucky classic with bold oak, leather, citrus, and a toasty finish that speaks to time in the barrel.

1. "Bottled-in-Bond" is a legal classification from 1897 requiring the spirit to be aged at least 4 years, bottled at exactly 100 proof, and produced by one distiller in one distilling season.

2. Remus Bourbon is named after George Remus, a real-life bootlegger known as the "King of the Bootleggers" during Prohibition.

3. A high-rye Bourbon mash bill typically contains 20–35% rye, which gives the whiskey extra spice and bite.

4. Penelope Bourbon uses a four-grain mash bill: corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley—creating a smooth, complex flavor base.

5. Toasted barrel finishes involve lightly toasting (not charring) the barrel, which releases different oak sugars and vanilla notes.

6. Heaven Hill is one of the few remaining family-owned distilleries in Kentucky, and one of the largest producers of Bottled-in-Bond whiskeys.
