All about Sullivans Cove distillery

The distillery is located in Sullivan’s Cove, Hobart. It was founded in 1994, and put on the market in 2003. They were bought by Patrick Maguire.

They currently use a 2,500 liter copper and a stainless steel still. They have a capacity of just 17,500 liters a year. They use 300 liter casks from a winery in NSW, and 200 liter Bourbon casks are used for maturation.
