A product of passion and heritage, Jaywalk Rye is proudly made using the historic Horton rye strain which was painstakingly brought back to life through the collaborative efforts of Allen Katz, a co-founder of NY Distilling & the Empire Rye Association, and the experts at Cornell University—starting with just 10 seeds to now harvesting 200 acres in New York’s Finger Lake region.

With a core selection including an aged straight rye, a robust 7-year-old bonded expression, and a distinctive single barrel, Jaywalk Rye is a whiskey that matches the energy and creativity of the city it calls home.
