Based in Guadalajara, the brand is all about 100% blue agave from Jalisco's highlands, small-batch production, and a scientific approach to fermentation. Sophie's proprietary yeast strains make Calle 23 a standout. Since its launch, it's been racking up awards and is a favorite in over 14 countries.
