Not only is the distillery sitting on top of an ancient underground water source, but they also use some of the oldest copper gin stills in the UK, with their OG still McKay dating all the way back to the 1860s. Those stills are the very heart and soul of the distillery, and they pump out some of the finest Gin you'll ever taste.

Their Zephyr Gin does not belong in the basic department.
