This gin is a symphony of flavors, featuring fresh lemon and orange peels, whole limes, Rocky Mountain juniper, and a bouquet of botanicals like lemongrass, hibiscus, and lavender. An 18-hour maceration followed by a single-run redistillation to 70% ABV ensures a vibrant, complex profile. Medium-bodied, it dances with notes of lemon zest, mint, pine needle, cardamom, and verbena.
