Wolves Whiskey x Willett Project 1 Straight Rye Whiskey

If you know your ABVs, this is a shock to you too. Willet X 'insert a spirits brand here.' Good times are to thank for this opulent Rye to exist, supposedly.

Wolves Whiskey from California thrives under the super-watchful (and handsy) eye of Master Distiller Marko Karakasevic. Still, it starts its 'Rye project' with sourced (and extremely sought-after) blend of ⅔ Willett straight Ryes aged from 6 to 7 years in New American Oak from Warehouses A and H. They, Marko and Willett's Drew Kulsveen, hand-selected the juice and then popped it over to Sonoma County for additional aging-magic.

Needless to say, the release of this 103 Proof NAS delicacy is limited, and you should try it. If aged Whiskey, balanced flavor profile, Low-Rye, and meticulous bottle design are stuff, you care about, obvi.
