Willett Family Estate 8 Year Old Bourbon "Lion's Share" 2020

Once called ‘the big daddy of Bourbon and Rye bottling’, the Willet Distillery’s Whiskey-making history begins in the 1700s in Bardstown, Kentucky – the birthplace of Bourbon. One way to describe their Lion Share Family Estate series is the good kind of unusual – Single Barrel Straight Bourbons of unusual depth and complexity. This particular dram was aged in white oak and bottled barrel proof from barrel #988. A rare gem if we’ve ever seen one.
