Their pure limestone-filtered water, once used in constructing American icons like the Brooklyn Bridge, now crafts exceptional whiskey. With a commitment to authenticity, Widow Jane avoids chill-filtration, ensuring robust flavors. Every production stage, from mashing to bottling, happens under one roof, ensuring quality and consistency.
Baby Jane Bourbon is a testament to this excellence. Made from heirloom "Baby Jane" corn, it offers an intense, creamy taste with notes of caramel and stone fruit. Hand-assembled in Brooklyn and non-chill filtered, Baby Jane Bourbon uses mineral water from Rosendale mines. This small-batch bourbon reflects Widow Jane's meticulous craftsmanship, making each sip memorable.
