In the heart of Usk, South Wales, White Hare Distillery is the brainchild of Christos Kyriakidis, whose 20 years in hospitality—including a stint at Plymouth Gin—shaped his passion for crafting exceptional spirits. Inspired by Katie Hough's artwork and his favorite animal, the white hare, Christos launched White Hare Gin in October 2018. This London dry style Gin features locally foraged pine, rosemary, and pink grapefruit, capturing the essence of South Wales. After selling over 400 bottles through social media, Christos established the White Hare Distillery as a high street presence and dream venue.

WHD Gin is a citrus-infused delight, pot distilled after macerating 11 botanicals for 24 hours.
