In a completely new way of thinking about Whiskey, Westward has put this holy Spirit on a pedestal, proclaiming no tradition or whiskey-making process to be too holy to be reconsidered - if that means the Whiskey might be better for it. So they make things a bit differently. Building their flavor from scratch, by brewing pale ale from local Northwest malted barley and intensifying it by double distillation in custom low-reflux pot stills, they transform the fresh pale ale into a robust, bold, and exquisitely balanced Whiskey.
