Trujillo Tequila: A Manifesto in a Bottle

Trujillo Tequila 'Manifiesto 56' Blanco is a high-proof marvel, crafted from 100% organic Blue Weber agave matured for 8 years. This single-estate tequila is a labor of love, with agave cooked in traditional brick ovens, crushed with a tahona, naturally fermented, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. At 46.3% ABV, it boasts a rich profile of cooked and caramelized agave, sweet and mineral notes, with a hint of citrus and gentle spice. It's a sip of Jalisco's finest.
