The Spirit is aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon casks for eight years before being transferred to Oloroso Sherry casks for two more — and a decade in oak is a VERY good thing. It’s bottled with no chill-filtration or artificial coloring of any kind at a spot-on perfect 46% ABV.
