So, someone who’s a gatekeeper of sacred things – but also someone who is charged with the digging of graves. (We’re guessing this is the reason for all the skeleton references, like the skull on this extravagant, hexagonal, high-end bottle.)
Sexton is also the word that could be used to describe the Irish Master Blender Alex Thomas, one of the few female Master Distillers in the game, who gatekeeps gorgeous Irish Whiskey and who also made this one.
The Sexton Single Malt is an Irish Whiskey – created in Ireland under the hands of the magnificent Alex Thomas and distributed in the U.S. by Proximo Spirits, it soon became one of the best-selling Irish Single Malt in America.
Triple distilled in copper pot stills from 100% unpeated malted barley and then aged for 4 years in ex-Sherry butts, it’s bottled at 80 proof.
