The Dalmore 30 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The legendary conjurers of fine Whisky north of Inverness have been pampering our palates for almost two centuries now, proving that catching elusive stags of perfection is a walk in the park for Dalmore.

The Dalmore 30 Year Old Single Malt that was released in 2021 is no exception. Aged in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, it was finished in tawny Port pipes that previously housed Graham's 30 Year Old Tawny Port. What to expect from this masterful release? Aromas of candied orange peel, treacle toffee, Morello cherries and warm brioche on the nose that lead into flavors of black forest gateau, tarte tatin, Victoria plums, Madagascan vanilla, and shaved almonds on the palate.
