The Dalmore 20 Year Old Constellation Collection 1991 comes from a series of cherished Scotch Whiskies. This expression comes from the first cask and is incredibly lush: it was distilled when Bryan Adams did everything for us, put in ex-Bourbon American oak for eleven years, moved to Lepanto Jerez Sherry Brandy for another six years, and finally finished for three years in a Dalmore Bourbon barrel. Well, sweet gods of Scotch, what does this swanky Highlander taste like?! Sumptuous, complex, fruity, and rich, of course!
