Rough Rider The Big Stick Cask Strength Rye is a powerhouse, clocking in at a formidable 121-proof. Crafted from a select blend of eight 30-gallon American oak barrels, this rye skips chill-filtration, preserving its rich, complex oils. Made with premium winter rye and malted barley, it boasts aromas of toasted rye bread and sweet orange marmalade. On the palate, expect malt chocolate and cracked chile peppers, with a finish of baking spice and dark cacao.
