Roots Spirits is a bold and fresh company founded in 2013, when two Greek brothers Manos and Nikolas decided to go back to their roots, find the best Spirits their history has to offer, and bring them to us in an exciting new form. Four Root liquors are handcrafted and based on ancient herbal remedies dating back to the middle of the 19th century, using natural native ingredients of Greece. In just a few years, Roots potions conquered the best bars in London, Athens, Rome, and Paris. Each Spirit has its own story.

The contents of this bottle originate from the Greek port city of Patras, where a dark orange-red liquor called Tentura was invented in the 15th century. Roots Kanela is a modern reincarnation of the ancient Spirit and it's a timeless tincture of fermented essences of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and citrus fruits. It is all about the unique and deep taste of cinnamon and rich earthy flavors. True cinnamon liqueur is best served on ice with a slice of apple.
