A selection of the top three drams from Redbreast’s signature line of Irish, Single Pot Stilled Whiskey.
Irish Distillers is a subsidiary of liquor-giant Pernod-Ricard that stubbornly adhere to their time-tested methods and practices for making the world’s most popular Irish Whiskies and they don’t give a fig-leaf what those crazy Frenchmen think about the matter. Irish Distillers makes the famous Jameson, Powers, Paddy, Redbreast, Green Spot, and Midleton Very Rare Whiskies along with Huzzar Vodka and Cork Dry Gin. The good folks at Redbreast set themselves apart by being one of the very few remaining Single Pot Still Whiskies and provide five core variants ranging from 12 to 21 years old along with a few limited editions — all of them are top-notch.
Redbreast Irish Whiskey is the touchstone for fans of Irish Single Pot Still Spirits. Redbreast Family Collection Tri-Pack is the perfect way to celebrate the heritage and flavor of the entire line-up. The collection includes three of their most famous releases:
Redbreast 12 Year Old — a combination of malted and un-malted barley aged in their famous combination of ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks, this is the foundational dram that all the others are built upon with a smooth balance of fruit and spice notes.
Redbreast 15 Year Old — the signature dram aged an additional three years for an even deeper, resonate flavor profile.
Redbreast Lustau — built on the same original foundation, but finished in Oloroso Sherry casks from the Lustau Bodega in Spain to add an even tone of rancio and sultanas on top.
