The first Texan "brewstillery" was christened after a storied San Antonio stream where legendary Texas Rangers triumphed in famous historical battles. True to its Lone Star State roots, this joint venture proudly pays tribute to its namesake with tanks named after the legendary law enforcers. They source local ingredients, age their Beers in the very same barrels as their Spirits, and even distill their Brews down to their potent essence. It's a beautiful symbiotic relationship between two art forms, they really take it to heart… and y’all better believe it.
These fine folks are no strangers to hard work, as they abide by the grain-to-glass philosophy for each and every batch they create. Ranger Creek. 36 Bourbon is their flagship Whiskey, which is both distilled and aged on-site at their San Antonio distillery, using Texas corn as its foundation. This award-winning sipper is aged for a minimum of two years in traditional large oak casks, where it matures under the unyielding Texas sun, maturing into a vibrant and youthful Spirit that's bursting with notes of creamy caramel, velvety butterscotch, and a subtle hint of cinnamon.
