Meet Kaveh Zamanian and his sweetheart Heather. It’s a true story and the booze they’re making is Louisville-based Rabbit Hole. It’s all about passion, beauty, and elegance, and a simple mission: bring an extra renaissance to the Bourbon renaissance.

Kaveh really went all the way for Rabbit Hole Founder's Collection: Raceking Double Chocolate Malt Bourbon. In his pioneering way, he came up with a one-of-a-kind mash bill that included chocolate-malted wheat from Germany and chocolate-malted barley from the UK. He aged this limited-edition Bourbon in new American Oak barrels from Kelvin Cooperage where they were charred the traditional way (I guess SOME things should be done the traditional way.) This is a bold and distinct Whiskey that explores how malting can expand the flavor profile and the cask strength doesn’t hurt either, deepening the color and resulting in a bolder flavor profile.

Smartass Corner:
The name Raceking honors Kentucky’s horse-racing tradition, which is fitting for a thoroughbred Bourbon with an impressive pedigree.
