Edition 01 was aged for almost seven years in a harmonious combo of first fill ex-Bourbon barrels and ex-peated casks. There’s zero chill filtration and the elegant and mellow flavors of red apple, sea salt, orange zest, and custard will have your taste buds hooked. Only 3,900 bottles were released.
