Pinhook operates at the Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, KY, where they’re given the space and time to develop one of the finest Bourbons in Kentucky.

Pinhook 2022 Flagship Rye Whiskey is a sassy Rye, which snaps fingers at you and boasts light pear, clove and honeycomb aromas in your face. The palate shakes its baked apple, black pepper and toffee flavors in front of your mouth, teasing you to take a sip. Made from a proprietary mash bill of 60 % Rye, 20% Corn, and 20% Malted Barley, it is bottled at 99 proof and distilled over two years. The expression creates a unique Rye with walnut and honeycomb aromas combined with banana and baked apple flavors. Of course, due to Pinhook’s unique, vintage-like bottling approach, this Flagship Rye Whiskey is as unparalleled as the stallion on the bottle—none other than Rye Munny. The last edition of this expression was blended and proofed by Master Magician Distiller Sean Josephs himself.
