Penelope Toasted Rye Whiskey is a standout in their Toasted Series, crafted with 95% rye and 5% malted barley. After aging in charred new American oak barrels, it's finished in freshly toasted barrels, creating a unique flavor profile. With deep vanilla notes and an alcohol content of 45%, each bottle offers a distinct experience, celebrating the serendipity that defines Penelope.
