John Distilleries was founded by Paul P. John in 1992 in India. In just 20 years, these guys have managed to become one of the largest independent spirits companies in the world. Their highly-sought-after Paul John line of Single Malts is crafted at their newest distillery in Goa on the west coast of central India.

Paul John 'Mithuna' Single Malt Whisky is part of the Zodiac Series from John Distilleries. A new Indian Single Malt Whisky, it’s already got the attention of the whole Whisky world. This is an unpeated and non-chill filtered offering that’s made with Indian ingredients (I mean, the barley comes from the foot of the Himalayas.) Oh, and by the by, was named the third best Whisky in the world by Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible 2021. Splendid.
