An award-winning small batch Gin from Alberta.

Eau Claire Distillery is Alberta’s original craft distillery that opened in summer 2014 in Turner Valley near Calgary. They’re all about making hand-crafted, artisanal and fine Spirits. It was founded by David Farran and Larry Kerwin’s who wanted to celebrate Alberta’s rich land and set the bar really, really high for Canada’s most premium Spirits. This is why every award-winning small batch from Eau Claire Distillery is carefully crafted to perfection from farm to glass.

Parlour Gin is made from 100% Alberta malted barley. Distilled in small batches in a traditional German copper pot still with traditional Gin botanicals, it contains juniper and coriander that are combined with local ingredients like Saskatoon berries and Alberta rose hips. The list of awards includes SIP Awards' Consumer Choice Award (2018), The Fifty Best's Double Gold (2016), World Gin and Awards' Best Canadian London Dry Gin (2019). It must have to do with its dry, smooth, and harmonious character with juicy refreshing citrus on the tart and round palate. Very clean, especially, for a barley-based Spirit.
