Parker's Heritage Collection 7th Edition 'Promise of Hope'

Several years ago, Master Distiller of 50 years at Heaven Hill Parker Beam found out he was diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disease. He created a special personal blend, named Promise of Hope, to donate a portion of the proceeds to ALS Association’s Parker Beam Promise of Hope Fund.

For the blend, fe took 10YO barrels from the top floors of Rickhouse EE at their Deatsville aging facilities, which are Parker’s personal favorite Bourbons. Because they’re aged on the top floors, these barrels get the biggest temperature swings for maximum respiration and aging. The final result yielded only 100 barrels, so you could say the supply is rather limited.
