Using local Oregon grains and pure Cascade mountain water, they keep tradition alive through meticulous fermentation and distillation. This family-owned distillery embodies the pioneering spirit of the Pacific Northwest, delivering outstanding whiskeys with genuine craftsmanship.
Oregon Spirit Straight American Rye Whiskey is a pure expression of rye's bold character. Crafted from 100% Oregon-grown rye and aged for four years in new American white oak barrels, it’s bottled at 90 proof. Bright floral notes and crisp apple meet hints of vanilla, herbs, and spice. Winner of a 2016 Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, it’s rye reimagined.
