True to their mission, their Tequilas — Plata (silver), Reposada, Añejo, and limited edition releases — are sustainably harvested 100% Weber Blue Agave. Interestingly, half of their agave piñas are ground using the "tahona process", the other 50% in stainless steel roller mills.
