Old Hamer, rooted in 19th-century Lawrence County, Indiana, was once a celebrated name in whiskey, renowned from local bars to New Orleans. Revived by West Fork Whiskey, the brand honors Indiana’s rich distilling heritage. Using a 99% corn and 1% malted barley mash bill, Old Hamer crafts bold, authentic bourbon that carries the legacy forward.
Old Hamer Single Barrel Straight Bourbon Whiskey offers a refined expression of the iconic “Old Hamer Standard” mash bill. Aged for a decade in new charred American oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof, it delivers a distinct balance of sweetness and depth. Expect rich notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, paired with a smooth, slightly nutty finish. A true Indiana original.
