Off Hours Bourbon Whiskey is remarkably transparent and completely unpretentious. They make no claim to ancestral bootleggers or lost recipes rediscovered in a grandmother’s attic. They clearly share all the details of their premium Bourbon. It’s made at MGP in Indiana from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. Aged in Lawrenceburg using new American white oak casks for more than five years, it's then bottled in a modern, minimalist decanter at a very pleasant 47.5% ABV so that its smooth and balanced palate stands up nicely to ice and cocktails. Straightforward but magic no less, this is the Bourbon you'll reach for on those relaxing afternoons or late night conversations with your favorite people.
