Noble Oak brings a trinity of finishing woods to a sweet Bourbon Spirit for a deep, complex flavor profile.
Noble Oak Spirits Company is on a mission to plant trees and drink great Whiskey. They have partnered with the organization "One Tree Planted" to provide for the planting of a tree for every bottle sold to revitalize forests around the world. Their line of expertly-crafted, award-winning Spirits has grown to include two core offerings β the Double Oak Bourbon and Double Oak Rye β and special releases.
Noble Oak Trinity Reserve gets its rather unique name from the trio of oak types used to create it. It starts with a Straight Bourbon Spirit aged a minimum of four years in new charred American oak. Then the Bourbon is finished with carefully selected oak cask staves from around the world, including rare virgin Japanese oak, ex-Bourbon American Oak, and European oak stave that held Scotch and Sherry. The combination delivers an unprecedented range and harmony of complex flavors. And since it is bottled at an impressive 50.3% ABV, a few rocks or a splash of water will not even slow down the flavor.
