Signature Milk & Honey "Classic" Single Malt aged in Israeli Red Wine casks, delivering a fruity/spicy palate.

Milk & Honey Distillery is the creation of serial tech entrepreneur Gal Kalkshtein and his team — Amit Dror, Simon Fried, and Roee and Naama Licht. Together they opened the first distillery in Israel. They drew up the plans in 2012 and started production in 2014. Their first products hit the shelves in 2016 and in May of 2017 they announced the first Single Malt produced in Israel — The M&H Classic. Today, their range includes New Make, two Gins, Roots Herbal Liqueur, and a handful of Single Malt versions.

Milk & Honey introduced the Elements Series just this year. Each one is an exploration of applying classic wood aging techniques with an Israeli flare. Milk & Honey Elements Red Wine Cask Single Malt Whisky is their signature "Classic" Single Malt aged in Israeli Red Wine casks. Israeli Wines are known for their bright, spicy character and those qualities are infused into this Single Malt along with exotic florals and chocolate notes. It’s bottled at a perfect 46% ABV in its natural color without chill filtering.

"Milk & Honey" comes from Exodus, Chapter 3 verse 8. The Promised Land (Israel) is referred to as, "a land flowing with milk and honey."
