Eduardo “Lalo” González had Tequila-making written in his blood. The nickname Lalo was given to him by his grandfather who was no other than Don Julio González. Yes, the one who revolutionized and created the world’s first Tequila. Those are huge shoes to be stepping in, but Eduardo “Lalo” González proudly follows in his father’s and grandfather’s steps and strives to perfect blanco Tequila. He started making small batches of Tequila with his friend David for their friends in Guadalajara and soon, Lalo Tequila was born. This is the next generation of Tequila-makers.
Lalo Tequila Blanco boldly brings you the pure taste of the finest agave from Jalisco. The ingredient list is kept short and sweet: there’s only water, yeast, and of course, agave. Made with traditional methods and no additives, this platinum-colored Blanco is only twice distilled to preserve the most of the natural flavors. Pure doesn’t mean boring, though, as each sip reveals a new dimension. Smell aromas of cooked agave, cinnamon, sweet potato, and a hint of dulce de leche. Then, taste those flavors on the smooth palate where they develop into citrus and tropical fruit.
