The O’Shaughnessy Distilling Company started as a family affair. It was founded by two cousins and lifelong friends, Patrick and Michael O’Shaughnessy. Two men who had a vision to create a Whiskey that would make their Irish-American heritage proud. And they sure did. Their like to say their Whiskey brings people together, creating a legacy for future generations.
Keeper's Heart Irish + American Whiskey fuses the delicate sweetness of Irish Grain Whiskey, the richness of Irish Pot Still whiskey, and the boldness of American Rye Whiskey all in one offering. You need to try it to really know what that means but we’ll tell you this much: prepare for a seriously layered experience of orchard and tropical fruits that are coated in baking spices and nicely balanced with charred oak. The finish? Long and pleasant with a touch of spiced caramel. Savor it neat, on the rocks, or share a cocktail with your loved ones.
