Jung One Korean Single Malt Gin

Jung One comes from “garden” in Korean and this unique South Korean Gin was created to show off all the beauty of local Korean botanicals. There’s the basic traditional ingredients like juniper, coriander, and citrus peel, but then the road takes an exciting turn: think Korean Sansho Pepper, baby ginseng, pine needle, and perilla leaf, supported by cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, lavender, and citrus. Their double-distilled Single Malt forms the base for the Gin. Infused for 24 hours with the botanicals, it’s distilled one last time and bottled at a respectable 47% ABV. A Gin like no other, it’s bursting with malty texture and delicate aromas that are unique to the terroir.
