Joseph Magnus Cigar Blend “The Tobacconist” Batch #39

Back in 1892, Joseph A. Magnus began producing Whiskey and he was doing really well until Prohibition took hold. Fast forward to 2015, his great-grandson discovers a couple of sealed bottles and decides to bring back Joseph Magnus Bourbon that’s as close to the original as possible by using blending and finishing techniques used by Joseph A. Magnus.

Joseph Magnus Cigar Blend Batch #39 is an exquisite blend of Bourbons, aged from 13 to more than 20 years. It’s dubbed “The Tobacconist” as it’s reminiscent of a tobacco shop in Victorian-era London with its aromatic nose of pungent pipe tobacco aromas, orange bergamot, and Earl Grey black tea leaves. The flavors range from dark molasses, black cherry Cola, old saddle leather, and some sweet barrel char smoke. This soft and round Bourbon is the perfect partner in crime to your cigar or pipe.
