Founded by Trey Zoeller and his historian dad, Chet, in 1997, Jefferson’s is a nod to their Spirited ancestor - America's first woman arrested for the production and sales of Spirits. Talk about a family tradition! For 25 years, Trey has been shaking up the Bourbon scene, using nature as inspiration to create a lineup of bourbons boasting distinct flavors, each a testament to innovation and mischief!
Jefferson’s Tropics embarks on a quest to uncover new aging environments with which to push the boundaries of flavor. Allowing their barrels to bask in Singapore's tropical heat and humidity, teases rich vanilla and caramel notes from the wood. With daily humidities of 83.9%, this Whiskey delivers a story (and taste) as enticing as its rebellious origins!
