This single barrel Bourbon was selected by Jefferson’s Bourbon founder Trey Zoeller and doesn’t disappoint.

Our resident Spirits experts Noah Rothbaum and David Wondrich asked Jefferson’s Bourbon founder Trey Zoeller to find them an incredibly special barrel of bourbon. Trey was more than up to the challenge, since he made his reputation finding and bottling exquisite Whiskies. 

This incredible Whiskey is full of complex spice flavors. That is because it was aged in Jefferson’s proprietary oak barrels, which are designed so there is more wood contact with the Spirit. The Bourbon would be delicious sipped neat or featured in a decadent Old-Fashioned or Manhattan.
